A Study on the Research Trends of Bibliotherapy in Korea and Japan

현대인들의 정신적 심리적 상처와 문제 등의 증가로 독서치료의 중요성과 필요성에 대한 인식이 점차 높아지고 있고, 이와 함께 독서치료 관련연구도 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 독서치료 연구발전과 독서치료에 대한 인식 확립을 위해, 현 시점에서 독서치료 연구동향을 다양한 관점에서 분석할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 OECD가입국가 가운데 자살률 1, 2위 국가이자 1950~60년대 비슷한 시기에 독서치료를 도입한 한국과 일본을 연구대상으로 삼아 양국의 독서치료 연구동향을 비교 분석하였다. 연구는 한국과 일본에서 독서치료 연구논문이 최초로 발표된 시점부터 2016년까지 발행된 모든 학문분야의 독서치료 학술연구논문들을 중심으로 3개의 관점 - (1) 연구논문, (2) 용어활용, (3) 학문분야 및 연구방법 - 에서 조사 및 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 양국에서의 독서치료 연구의 전반적인 흐름을 비교하며 살펴볼 수 있었고, 동일한 영역 내에서의 공통점과 차이점을 확인할 수 있었다.

Abstract

Increased mental and psychological wounds and problems in modern humans has resulted in improve the recognition about the importance and necessity of bibliotherapy, and an increase in research related to bibliotherapy. We need to analyze the trend of bibliotherapy research at this point in time from various viewpoints for future development of research on bibliotherapy and establishment of recognition for bibliotherapy. Therefore, in this study, we conducted a comparative analysis of trends of bibliotherapy research between Korea and Japan. The study focuses on research academic papers related to bibliotherapy published in Korea and Japan from 1960 to 2016, and the was analyzed and examined from three viewpoints - (1) Research paper, (2) Utilization of terms, and (3) Academic field & Research Method.
